Customer Support Center Agent
Seeking 1 inbound and 1 outbound Customer Support Center Agents for a company in Topeka. You will be responsible for answering and tracking incoming calls. This is a fulltime position and you must have availablity between 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday through Friday. 40 hours per week. Training lasts 4 weeks and will be from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Inbound agent would be responsible for answering and tracking incoming calls. Outbound Agent would be responsible for providing world class customer service to existing client base. Ideal candidates would have superior system navigation skills and the ability to mulit-task (talking, typing, and using multiple monitors all at once. Previous customer service experience required.
