Customer Support Center Agent
Seeking 1 inbound & 1 outbound Customer Support Center Agent for a company in Topeka. This is a fulltime position and you must have availablity between 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday through Friday. 40 hours per week. Training lasts 4 weeks and will be from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Inbound Agent is responsible for providing world class customer service to existing client base and retail customers. Will answer questions and route calls to necessary departments.
Outbound Agent would be responsible for placing outbound calls to current customers that utilize established fax ordering system. Explain the benefits and efficiencies of converting the current process of Fax Ordering and using the online ordering system. Also will assist customers with Site Registration, Password Issuance, Site Navigation and other system support issues like the clearing of cookies, etc.
*Previous customer service experience required*10 key required*Superior system navigation skills and the ability to multi-task*Must be experienced in outbound sales calls and able to successfully approach & establish a rapport with customers*Possess the ability to diagnose the customer needs, recommend product features and explain benefits, handle objections with care; minimize the negative, provide proof and advantages while actively listening to the Customer*2 years or more of Outbound Customer Support Agent experience within similar professional corporate environment who has provided support for web-based applications
