Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:

  • Directly support executive officer
  • Build and edit power point slides for presentations
  • Prepare documents and emails
  • Handle correspondence and direct phone calls/emails accordingly
  • Maintain calendar
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
 
 
    Qualifications:    

Qualifications of Administrative Assistant:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Will need knowledge of spreadsheets, formatting, pivot tables and more
  • Must be computer proficient
  • Previous administrative support experience
  • Excellent communiation skills
